5K Friday: Warrior Dash Edition

5K Friday is officially dead.  I started 5K Friday in hopes of documenting my progress leading up to my first 5K (The Warrior Dash).  As you all know my whole Couch 2 5K program died fairly early one when going home in the dead of winter & doing Insanity took over my life.  Since I completed my first 5K & reached my goal weight of 160 I figure there is no reason to continue on with 5K Friday.  So instead, I'm going to end it here with a recap of how the Warrior Dash went.

At 6:20 am on Saturday March 16th, I rolled out of bed so I could get dressed & eat some breakfast while I waited for my friend Alina to show up.  She showed up a little before 7 am & by 7:10 we were on the road to Smithville, Texas.

After nearly 2 hours of me driving through beautiful Texas Hill Country & singing along to some country music while Alina slept most of the way we finally arrived at Rocky Hill Ranch in middle of nowhere, population 3800, Smithville, Texas.

We parked our car & waited for our friend Janie & her friend Denzel to show up so that we could all head in together.  Because none of us had done the race before we weren't sure if there would be a place to keep our stuff while we ran so we left everything in our cars since we had no one with to hold the stuff.  So after attaching my car key to my bra & Janie duct taping hers to her arm, we took a couple before pictures before heading in.

Alina & I waiting in my car

Alina, Janie, Denzel, & I ready to run

We were scheduled to start at 10 am but because there was already a fair size group lined up by the time we all get checked in we wound up going during the second wave at 10:15.  Despite having looked at the course map I imagined that the obstacles would be a lot more spread out.  There were 12 obstacles & it was 3 miles long so in my mind I was thinking run a quarter mile, do an obstacle, run another quarter mile...well you get the idea.  Instead it was run probably a good mile before we even got to an obstacle, run a little farther where there were 3 fairly close together, run probably another good half mile or so & then BAM the last 8 were all right there together.

Barricade Breakdown: A series of climbing over a short wall & going under a wooden bar
Road Rage: Walking through a series of tires while holding up a mess ceiling
Two by Fall: Climbing up & down walls & balancing across giant puddles while being rained on
Giant Cliffhanger: Using a rope to climb up a giant wall & then to climb back down the other side
Trenches: Ducking under wooden planks while trying to get through trenches of mud
Pipeline: Crawling through giant rope tunnels:
Hard Rain: Climbing up a giant wall while being rained on & then back down the other side
Chained Up: Climbing up & down chain steps
The Underpass: Honestly I can't remember what this was...unless this was the trenches & I don't remember what those were...
Muddy Mounds: Climbing up giant muddy mounds, jumping into deep muddy holes, & then back up more mounds
Warrior Roast: Jumping over lines of fire
Muddy Mayhem: Crawling & then swimming through mud
We all finished at 1 hour & 18 minutes.  Could we have done it faster? Probably.  Alina & Denzel definitely could since they ran ahead of Janie & I the whole time but waited at the obstacles so we could all do them together.  I probably could have too since I spent most of my time walking while Janie jogged/walked.  She hurt her ankle fairly early on & I wasn't about to leave her behind & since my legs are long my walking was basically her jogging.  It doesn't really matter though because I never really saw it as a race.  All I wanted was to finish.  To say that I could do it.  Despite wanting to die during parts of it...or thinking I might (like at the top of the giant cliffhanger when I didn't think I could get down the other side...I have a huge fear of heights) as soon as I crossed the finish line it all went away.  I was on such an adrenaline rush I was so proud of completing the race.  I was 2212 out of 4189.  For walking almost the whole 3 miles plus the 12 obstacles...that's pretty darn good in my book.

After the race Alina & I needed to get back to Houston ASAP for the rodeo so we couldn't stay around to enjoy the after party of music, beer, & food.  The 4 of us headed back to my car to take some after shots before parting ways.

Me, Janie, & Alina proud & covered in mud.

5K Friday

Saturday March 2: The only workout I did was the push-up/squat/sit-ups challenge.  15 of each.

Sunday March 3: I did the push-ups/squats.sit-ups again. 17 of each.

Monday March 4: Today started month 2 of Insanity which is the max interval stage.  It was an hour long.  It was so intense.  Combined with the fact that once I went to the Dr. post-work out I got put on ear infection & cough meds, it was really rough. What used to be workout moves are now warm-up moves.  So help me.

Wednesday March 6: Insanity was out because the teacher I do it with had tutorials.  I really should be starting my Pre-Basic training but with my sickness I didn't want to run outside until I know I'm better.  I did see how many push-ups & sit-ups I could do in a minute.  29 of each.  Although I don't know how great my form was for either one.  After doing them I was reading a friend's blog & she just downloaded the 200 sit-ups & 100 push-ups apps for Droid.  SCORE!  So I did too because they ae free & supposedly within 6 weeks you reach your goal as long as you do it 3 times a week.

Friday March 7: After eating Cheesecake Factory earlier my friend and I decided at 8 pm we should do Insanity.

Day 99Weight: 160.2 (same)
Body Fat Weight: 40 (same)

5K Friday

Sunday February 24: I did Insanity.  I really need to keep up with this, & I think eat some more protein, because my muscles feel so weak & they didn't when I was consistantly doing this.

Monday February 25: Today Insanity was Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs.  However, I work at a slightly ghetto school...which is also where I happen to do my workouts...& part way into Cardio Abs the entire school's power went out.  I took it as a sign & went home.

Tuesday February 26: I was supposed to do the Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit today but I forgot my workout pants at home.  So instead I walked/ran 2 miles.  I haven't ran outside in forever.  It felt good though.  I had to take some breaks to catch my breath a few times though.  I did it in somewhere around 23-25 minutes; which considering I had to walk the first 1/3 of a mile to even get to the trail & took a few walking breaks that's pretty good.

Thursday Febuary 28: I took the day off work today so there was no Insanity.  I also planned on running once or twice but a) I had a on of grading & state testing training to do (that's why I took the day off) & b) It was "cold" (I'm talking 40's...sue me).  I did however decide that just because I didn't have time for cardio didn't mean I didn't have time to do other stuff.  I may have been wearing my boots & jeans but I still did 50 squats, 50 push-ups (the girly kind), & 50 crunches.

Friday March 1: A friend of mine is seriously into fitness.  She along with the help of a couple others came up with 3 challenges for March: push-ups, abs, & I think legs.  This morning I decided to do the push-up one w/my own twis.  However many push-ups I'm supposed to do for the day I'm also going to do that many crunches & squats.  Today was 12.  So before I went to work I did 12 of each.  Then after work my friend & I did Insnity.  We're on the recovery week.  You don't sweat as much but it's still rough.

Day 92

5K Friday

Thursday February 21: I finally did Insanity again for the first time since the 9th!  My legs felt so fatigued.  I really need to stop taking breaks in working out because this is always how I feel when I try to start up again.

Day 85
I didn't actually weigh myself this week.  I usually do Monday morning but I was in San Antonio & then didn't think about it again until Wednesday night & at that point I figured I'd just wait.

5K Friday...3 days late!

Sorry I was out of town on Friday so I didn't get a chance to update my workouts for the weeks.

Saturday February 9: I did the abs part of Insanity.  It killed.  I was literally shaking for parts of it.  It was a good hurt though!

Friday February 15: I went to visit a friend in San Antonio & we went to the gym together when I got there that night.  I did around 2 miles on the treadmill, some wall climber type thing, plus a lot of ab work.  It really made me wish I had a gym membership.  However, with less than 4 months left in Houston & already doing Insanity plus starting a new workout routine soon it just doesn't make sense.

Day 78Weight: 162. 5 (same)
Body Fat Weight: 41.2 (down .1)
Body Fat Percentage: 25.4 (down .1)
Body Water Percentage: 54.4 (up .1)

5K Friday

Sunday February 3: Sunday is supposed to be the off day but since we took Saturday off I went over to my friend's house & we did Insanity.  I was stupid & had Whataburger before heading over so I thought I was going to throw up most of the time.

Monday February 4: Today's Insanity was a lot easier than yesterday's.  Not only did I not eat Whataburger right before but I also the moves were a lot easier.

Tuesday February 5: Today's Insanity was the day with no breaks.  It was rough but not as rough as the first time around.

Wednesday February 6: Yep, Insanity.  It was the day I HATE.  Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  Normally when it gets to one of the circuits (basketball jumps, in & out push-ups, ski jump push-ups...EW) I don't do them.  Mostly because I have about 0 upper body strength.  Today however, I did them!  I had to take breaks but I did all of them!

Friday February 8: After taking a day off due to an after work meeting, I was back at Insanity.  I don't know why but today was rough.  It was even one of the days that I normally don't mind but my legs just felt so fatigued the whole time that I kept having to take breaks.

Day 71
Weight: 162.5 (down 1.9 lbs)
Body Fat Weight: 41.3 (down 1)
Body Fat Percentage: 25.5 (down .3)
Body Water Percentage: 54.3 (up .2)
Bone Mass: 7.1 (same)
BMI: 23.5 (down .3)

5KFriday

Saturday January 26: Seriously I don't know what's wrong with me.  I have been getting such intense side pains when I run.  Perhaps it's because I took such a long break without running?!  Well I attempted it again.  I ran more than I did the last time around but I still walked a lot.  This side pain issue needs to stop...like yesterday.

Monday January 28: I restarted Insanity today.  It was only the fit test but it was still so hard.  My core feels good though!  I was craving the worst things ever on my drive home though.  All I wanted was McDonald's fries, BWW boneless wings, & a #22 from Whataburger.  Luckily I'm broke & basically only have healthy food left in my apartment so I "settled" for steamed vegetables & pot roast.

Tuesday January 29: Day 2 of Insanity.  I lasted longer than I did the first time around but there was still stuff I couldn't do.  I was pouring sweat though.

Wednesday January 30: I didn't stay after to do Insanity with 2 of the other girls. I really wasn't feeling well so I went home and napped for a little over an hour.  As promised I did Insanity at home so I could keep up.  I only did 20 min though instead of the 40.  I was feeling too weak to finish the other stuff in proper form.  20 min of cardio is better than 0 min!

Friday February 1: I skipped the recovery day yesterday.  I did do day 5 of Insanity today though!

Day 64:
Weight: 164.4 (down 2 lbs)
Body Fat Weight: 42.3 (down .8)
Body Fat Percentage: 25.8 (down .4)
Body Water Percentage: 54.1 (Up .3)
Bone Mass: 7.1 (same)
BMI: 23.8 (down .2)

5K Friday

Saturday January 19: I attempted to go running today.  It didn't go so well.  I don't know if it's because I haven't ran in so long or because I wasn't hydrated that well & tried eating pretty much right before I walked out the door.  Maybe a combo of all of them.  I did run a little but my side was killing me so I walked the rest of the way.  Walking 2 miles is still better than nothing but I hope I can get back into a running groove again.  My 5K is only 8 weeks away.

Thursday January 24: It was such a gorgeous day out, hello 80 degrees!, that a co-worker & I decided to  work out by walking around outside the school for about an hour while we waited for another co-worker.

Day 57:
Weight: 166.4 (Up 1.3 lbs. It's THAT week!)
Body Fat Weight: 43.5 (Up .8)
Body Fat Percentage: 26.2 (Up .3)
Body Water Percentage: 53. 8 (Down .2)
Bone Mass Value: 7.1 (Same)
BMI: 24 (Up .2)

5K Friday

Monday January 14: I was supposed to start Insanity but the girl that has it forgot her workout stuff.  My back-up plan was to run but it was 37 degrees & rainy & I don't have a wish to get sick.

Tuesday January 15: I started Insanity today.  It's...insane. Ha. It's 45 minutes of pure torture.  Except for the stretching.  The stretching is totally doable & a nice change of pace from the hell that is Shaun T.

Wednesday January 16: Insanity Day 2.  If I thought yesterday was bad, today was a whole new kind of difficult.  I was sore from yesterday so I was shaking during most of today & now I'm even more sore than I was before.  As hell-ish as it is, it's actually really nice & fun to have friends to workout with.

Thursday January 17: Icy Hot.  The world's greatest invention.  I forgot my shoes today.  I remembered to pack all of my workout clothes but only brought my flats to work.  Luckily a) today was "recovery" day for Insanity & b) I was able to find it on YouTube.  It took me until just after 7 pm to finally get off the couch & do it but I did it.  My calves were so sore that I HAD to go out & buy Icy Hot...now they feel amazing.

Friday January 18: I took the day off.  I was going to do Week 1 Day 3 of C25K but my calf muscles are sore even when I walk so running didn't seem possible.  3 days of Insanity is a lot more intense than 3 days of running anyway...& that was 3 days in a row.  Tomorrow though I'm going to do some running.

Day 50:
Weight: 165.1
Body Fat Weight: 42.7
Body Fat Percentage: 25.9
Body Water Percentage: 54
Bone Mass Value: 7.1
BMI: 23.8
...everything stayed the same which considering I didn't run, drank, & went out to eat is alright by me...hopefully next week #'s will start going down again because I'm only 5 lbs from goal...

5K Friday

Monday January 7: Guess who didn't run again...yeah this girl.  My excuse?  It was so exhausted from having flown in the night before & having to get up early.  Also, it was cold & I could feel myself tensing up just walking outside let alone trying to run.  I did finally weigh myself again.  I'll post it all at the bottom but I managed somehow to lose 1.5 pounds from the last time I had weighed myself despite not running at all & eating through the holidays.

Wednesday January 9: Nope.  Didn't happen.  We were in a flood watch...my road even had "Caution: High Water" signs.

Friday January 11: No.  My program is a 3 day a week thing so by today there's no running.  Luckily I did the math and even if I completely restart the program, which I might, I will finish just in time for my Warrior Dash on March 16.

Day 43:
Weight - 165.1 lbs (I lost 1.5 lbs)
Body Fat Weight - 42.7 lbs (I went down 1 lb)
Body Fat Percentage - 25.9% (Down .4%)
Body Water Percentage - 54% (Up .2%)
Bone Mass Value - 7.1% (Stayed the same)
BMI - 23.8 (Down .3)

5K Friday

I'm just going to tell you right now that I didn't go running.  I won't be until I return to TX.  It's too cold, it's too dangerous (ICE!), & I have nowhere to do it inside.

Monday December 31: Besides my 3 excuses above I was in my college town all day & night for NYE.

Wednesday January 2: See my above 3 excuses...

Friday January 4: See excuses above...

I also didn't weigh myself because as it  turns out my parents don't even own a working scale.  January 7th should be a nice surprise bot on the scale & how well I can run after not doing it for 2 weeks.  Especially because I have every intention of jumping right back in where I last stopped.

5K Friday

Damn I'm going to be so behind.  Good thing the race isn't until March.

Monday December 24: It was Christmas Eve...& it was held at our house.  No, I did not run.

Wednesday December 26: I woke up sick.  I did not run...

Friday December 28: I met up with a friend to exchange gifts, visited another friend to see her engagement ring, & am heading to go visit a bunch of friends from college.  No running occurred.

I didn't even weigh myself on Monday.  Mostly because my dad's side of the family was over & while I was ready to pass out around 8:30-9, they didn't leave until 10 so I crawled straight into bed.

5K Friday

Monday December 17: I had to FORCE myself to run.  Taking a week off was a horrible set back.  I had been so amped to go when I was doing it consistently.  Oh, & my plan to run Saturday & Sunday fell through when I was terribly hu:ngover Saturday morning & just flat out exhausted all day Sunday.  Today also started a new set of intervals.  It went walk 5 min, run 90 seconds, walk 90 seconds, run 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 90 seconds, walk 90 seconds, run 3 minutes, walk 8 minutes.  It actually went surprisingly well.  I was so nervous for the 3 minutes but I did the whole thing just fine.  I definitely went slower than normal though.  Or at least it seemed like it because of where I was by the time my cool down started.

Wednesday December 19: I didn't finish my run...  The intervals were the same as Monday but for some reason I just couldn't do it.  I felt like dying come the second half.  Maybe it was the 80 degrees + humidity.  Or maybe it was the 30 mile an hour wind gusts that were pushing me backwards.  I did do most of the run. I just didn't do the last 3 minute run part & walked the rest & then some instead.  I'll try to add an extra 3 minutes to my run on Friday...which will be freezing...literally.  I'll be back in MN & the high for Friday is 20.  That will be quite the adjustment going from normally awesome running weather to freezing cold.  Oh & I'm essentially a week behind now since I didn't run at all last week...unless of course I decide to run every day or most days while I'm home for break...we'll see.

Friday December 21: FAIL!  I did run about 3/4 of a mile but not the half hour I was supposed to; or even in intervals like I was supposed to.  In Texas when I want to run outside it is absolutely no problem.  In Minnesota it's a different story.  The below freezing temps were one thing but not the worst.  The worst was that I had to stop every 2 seconds to walk across or jump ice patches.  Thus, why I gave up running.  I wasn't able to keep up a consistent pace.  I figured I'd just run on my mom's treadmill when I got home instead...she sold it!  I did do the whole 3/4 of a mile running, except for the ice patch walking, so it was something!  But I need to figure something out because I can't go 2 weeks without running.

Day 22:
Weight - 166.6 lbs (I stayed exactly the same which is awesome considering I didn't run & ate out all weekend)
Body Fat Weight - 43.7 lbs (up .1 lbs - there's that eating out)
Body Fat Percentage - 26.3% (up .1%)
Body Water Percentage - 53.8% (Stayed the same)
Bone Mass Value - 7.1% (Stayed the same)
BMI - 24.1 (Stayed the same)

5K Friday

So here's the deal... I didn't run this week.  By Tuesday I was hating myself for it.  Why didn't I run?  Obviously plan A was to run MWF like I always do.  I knew last Friday that wouldn't be possible.  I had after work meetings on both Monday & Wednesday and would be going out after work on Friday for a friend's birthday with no time in between..  Plan B?  Run THS.  Well then I had an after work meeting on Tuesday too.  Basically there weren't enough hours in the day or days in the week this week to be able to run.  Because I don't want to lose any time I'm going to run Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday.

I did still weigh myself on Monday though.

Day 15
Weight - 166.6 lbs (I stayed exactly the same)
Body Fat Weight - 43.6 lbs (down .1 lbs)
Body Fat Percentage - 26.2% (down .1%)
Body Water Percentage - 53.8% (Stayed the same)
Bone Mass Value - 7.1% (Stayed the same)
BMI - 24.1 (Stayed the same)

5k Friday

Monday December 3: So last week when I was running, all three days were a 5 minute warm up followed by 8 intervals of 60 seconds of running and 90 seconds of brisk walking & ends with a 5 minute cool down. Today the program stepped it up.  It was a minute warm up followed by 6 intervals of 90 seconds of running followed by 2 minutes of walking and then ending with a 5 minute cool down.  I need to drink more water & eat more potassium.  Not to a complete Charlie Horse but my calves started cramping.  Other than that my biggest problem is I get a pain in my right side.  It got so bad on the last interval that I had to pause it so I could walk longer.  After I shower I'm going to hit up Google to see what I can do to prevent it.

Wednesday December 5: I did NOT want to go running today.  It was cold out.  By cold I mean about 65 degrees & cloudy.  However, I forced myself.  How am I going to go running when I'm back in MN & it's like 30 or lower and possibly snowy & icy?!  I had no side pain today!  I tried completely breathing through my nose while doing the running portions and it really helped.  My side only started to cramp briefly and it went away just as quickly as it came.  I still haven't quite decided if I'm going to run tomorrow or Friday like schedule because I have plans at 5ish on Friday & by the time I get home, run, shower, & get there it would be 5:30 or later.  Alright as I type that I think tomorrow it is.  Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler than Friday anyway.  Shower time, because I need to go to Target for the 3rd or 4th day in a row.  I basically live there.

Thursday December 6: Never in a million years did I think I would say that I actually enjoy running.  I got even farther today which means I'm running faster!  I started to get a side cramp on the 2nd interval.  Luckily it went away.  I'm pretty sure this time it was because I tried to eat more than normal right before.  As I was doing my cool down my friend called & asked if I wanted to go to dinner.  We got Mexican.  Which means I basically ate back all of those calories in the chips & salsa/queso alone ha.  Oh well.  I've been doing so well with the lack of fast food & eating fairly healthy anyway that what's a little splurge here & there.  Plus I didn't eat all of my meal because of it so now I have lunch for tomorrow.  Hopefully I'm able to make some healthy choices this weekend because I won't be back at my apartment until late Sunday night once I walk out the door tomorrow morning.  I'm going dancing, to an ugly sweater party, a birthday party, a bar to watch the Vikings/Bears game, & an event for school.

Day 8:
Weight - 166.6 lbs (down exactly 2 lbs)
Body Fat Weight - 43.7 lbs (down 1.1 lbs)
Body Fat Percentage - 26.3% (down .3%)
Body Water Percentage - 53.8% (up .3%)
Bone Mass Value - 7.1% (down .1%)
BMI - 24.1 (down .3)
Progress is progress.

5k Friday

I'm starting yet another weekly post.  Because I don't have enough of those already right?  At least these keep me posting even when I don't have anything to say time to write out posts about my life.  These weekly posts force me to keep up with my blog.  I don't need another one of my former frequent blog hiatus.  So what is 5k Friday?  Well as of right now I'm signed up to do the Warrior Dash in March, which if you knew me is ridiculous.  What's even more ridiculous is the fact that it was my idea & I talked 3 other people into it.  Why is it ridiculous?  Well I don't run...EVER.  So I decided to start the Couch 2 5k program.  THERE'S AN APP FOR THAT! (and it's free!).  I included a link for those of you unfamiliar with C25K or for those of you wanting to start it!   I'm here to take you along on my journey to being a runner.  It's a 3 day a week program so I'm going to do MWF.  I'll write about it each day but I'll only post on Fridays at to not overwhelm anyone, myself included.  I'm also going to weigh myself each Monday so I'll include that jazz at the bottom.  So now that that long intro is out of the way...

Monday November 26: Today was my first day back in Texas after being in MN for 10 days.  I decided what better day to start training for a 5k.  (Plus I'm possibly also doing the Color Run in February & this is an 8 week program so I needed to start now just in case!)  It was supposed to rain which slightly worried me because as you read above I'm not a runner so I may have used the rain as an excuse to put it off.  Luckily, it didn't.  It was 80 degrees outside!  But it was cloudy & breezy so it was kind of perfect.  I learned 2 3 things on this run:

A)I am out of shape!  I'm not fat by any means.  Sure I have some weight I could lose but nothing drastic.  On a bad day I weigh 170 & I stand 5'10.  However, even with my at least once a week 2 mile brisk walk I've been doing...I'm still terribly out of shape.  Throw in a few intervals 60 seconds worth of jogging & suddenly you'd think I was on the verge of death or had just run a marathon...

B) Before I do run my 5k I need new shoes.  My tennis shoes are so worn out & my feet actually hurt while some of the time while running.

C) I need a longer route.  I used the same route that I had been for my 2 mile walk which normally takes me about 30 minutes on the dot. Once you throw in some jogging though, even if it is slow, out of shape jogging, that 2 miles isn't long enough.  I shaved off about 4-5 minutes & the program takes 30 minutes.  Plus a 5k is just over 3 miles.  I'm going to have to think about this one.

Wednesday November 28: Remember how it was 80 degrees outside when I was jogging 2 days ago??  It was right about 60 today.  It felt great to run in but on my cool down walk back it got slightly chilly...I'm sure the sweat didn't help.  I'm still in desperate need of shoes because they still have holes in them but I tightened them up more this time & my feet didn't hurt near as bad today.  Also, I didn't want to die on my first 60 seconds of running.  Actually I had pretty steady breathing the entire time except for it started getting a little bit harder on my last 60 seconds of running. (I do 8 intervals of 60 sec. run/90 sec. walk).  I also added distance onto my route so my cool down actually ended up being longer than the 5 min I'm supposed to do.  Friday I'm going to have to hustle home after work to get a run & shower in because I'm pretty sure I'm going to a hockey game Friday night.

Friday November 30: Today's run felt like it went by a whole lot quicker.  I can feel my stomach tightening up.  It feels amazing in a sore sort of way.  I also noticed that I was running faster.  Not only could I feel it but I got to a farther point by the time my workout was over than I had the past 2 times.  However, during the middle part I felt like I was going to die again.  Maybe it's because I went an hour earlier than normal?  Maybe it's because I was running faster?  Maybe because despite the fact that it's cloudy & only 75 there is absolutely no breeze!  I also definitely need new shoes...maybe I should just add them to my Christmas list since the rest is kind of crap stuff anyway...except for the acoustic guitar...I want that.  Today I had to pause during walking like 3 or 4 times because the laces kept coming undone.  I was totally excited for today's run too.  I booked it out of school so that I would be able to have time to run, shower, & get dressed before heading out to the game...which I should be hopping in the shower like NOW.
