Hello November

Happy November & Happy Friday everyone!  I am so happy it's the weekend.  This week needed to end.  It wasn't particularly bad I just wasn't feeling it.  Because not a whole lot went on, I'm going to change up the format this week & just give you the bullet points.  Linking up with Amanda!

**On Monday I did my first check in to see how my 21 Day Fix has been going.  I knew I had more energy & could physically feel certain changes, but I didn't think they would be as drastic as they were for just one week.**

**Two of my 101 in 1001 goals had been to write a letter to 20 year old me & 40 year old me from 30 year old me.  I had meant to get that taken care of on my birthday, but a week later isn't so bad.**

**Nash & I spent Wednesday, aka the last day of October, aka Halloween, by watching Hocus Pocus on the couch.  I live in an apartment so kids came by to trick or treat.**

**Thursday was an especially crappy day, for no real reason either, I just wasn't feeling it.  Coming home to Nash & watching stand up comedy on Netflix is exactly what I needed*

**I recently signed up to be a Beachbody coach. I plan on sharing my whole why on here at some point in the near future.  However, for right now I wanted to no pressure share a special as well as a challenge group I'll be running soon with you:

From November 26 - December 16 I will be running a challenge group.  The purpose is to motivate others, ask questions, get ideas for meals, tips, etc.  I'm currently running a free one on Facebook that has been really helpful not to my friends that are in it, but to me as well.

For the entire month of November there is a "No Excuse November" special running where challenge packs are $20 off.  So the one that I bought was originally $160 (and that's what I paid...) this month it's $140.  For the one I got you get a year of Beachbody On Demand (all beachbody workouts available to be streamed from wherever), the 21 Day Fix containers, & a 30 day supply of Shakeology.  Individually that would be about $315, so you save $175.
