My Last Week With Roommates

Tomorrow I move!!  I am so excited!!  Tonight is my last night sleeping at my current house, & not that it's a bad house at all, nor do my roommates suck, but I am so pumped to be back into my very own space.  I hope that y'all have a fabulous weekend.  Linking up with Amanda!

What I Was Up To
Monday I was so exhausted from my weekend full of late nights that I napped TWICE after I got home from work & then still went to bed at like 8:30.  Note to self: I am far too old to have two 3 am nights back to back followed by an 11 pm night.  The weather was gorgeous though so I sat on my back patio with a beer & some chips/dip right when I got home from work.  That's actually where the idea of a nap first came in.  I was thinking how it was perfect weather to be napping in a hammock.  Well I don't have one so instead I went inside to nap to Say Yes To The Dress.
BLOG: I recapped my weekend which included a concert, an awesome date, & the Super Bowl.

Tuesday I PAID OFF MY CAR!!  My refund check came in so I paid off my car & then put a couple hundred on a credit card.  Seriously one of the best feelings ever.  I will eventually get a new vehicle.  However, I'm hoping to go payment free for as long as possible.  I know exactly what I want next & until I can find it & afford it I don't want to have to get a new car.  That's what happened when I got the car have now.  I was desperate.  The care I was driving was pretty much dead, like I'm lucky it started & cooperated long enough to go to the dealership & get something for it on trade in.

Wednesday I skipped class.  I am moving tomorrow morning & I had nothing done.  Plus, I was not in the mood to go to my Wednesday night class.  Of the 3 I have it is definitely my least favorite.  I don't mind my online class & I actually kind of love my ethics class on Thursdays.  So instead I ran some errands & then cleaned out my closet.  I only left in there what I would need to wear between Thur-Sat.  I washed all of my dirty clothes so I could pack those up as well.  I really don't have a ton of stuff so it's not going to take long to pack the rest up but I really wanted to get the closet out of the way.
BLOG: I talked about where I will be & where I'd like to travel this year.

Thurdsay I started the day off in such a mood.  Between stress, being tired, & PMS I'm sure I was no fun to be around for most of the day.  I got my couch ordered & I am so pumped.  I think it's so pretty.  Of course it won't arrive until the 15-17 so I'll go a few days without a couch but whatever I don't even care.  I have had a roommate the entire time I've lived in Fort Worth (since August 2015) & before that I had a crappy futon that I got when I first moved into my own place in Texas (August 2012) that went to shit before I left Houston.  So a)I've never had a real couch & b)I haven't had one to call my own since like February of 2015.  TWO YEARS!  I had my ethics class that night of course followed by happy hour.
