Around my 26th birthday (Oct 23) I made a list of 27 things I wanted to accomplish by my 27th birthday. Not quite 3 months in I am kickin ass & takin names. I have already completed 2 goals & am well on my way to having a few more accomplished as well.
#12. Make 12 new recipes
(I really should've aimed higher as I usually do at least 1 every week...I've already surpassed 12 but I'll share 12 of them with you.)

1. Oven Fajitas
This was really good. I liked doing it this way because you could just walk away from it...and make a larger quantity than if you used a pan on the stove top.
This was bomb. Like I've been thinking about making more, especially because it's cold. I'm a sucker for soup, bacon, beer, & cheese so this obviously did not disappoint.
This was also super good. There were a couple of times when I didn't heat it up while at work & it's just as good cold as it is warm.
I'm not 100% sure I'd make it again. It wasn't bad. I mixed the onion soup in rather than put it on top & maybe that changed it? The rice was good but the chicken had zero flavor.
I made this for a Christmas party. It was a huge hit. Again with the bacon, beer, & cheese...I'm from the Midwest what can I say?
These. Were. Gross. Perhaps they would've been good straight out of the oven but I made them to eat for breakfasts all week. I couldn't do it. I ate part of one & threw the rest away.
These were also gross. It was all the mac & cheese's fault. If that had been better it wouldn't be bad but it was a terrible mac & cheese recipe.
These were so good. I'm both happy & sad they're all gone.
See above. I could eat these all day long. Super easy too.
I screwed this one up. I didn't realize you needed a smaller dish (which I don't have) so the gravy is too thin & the biscuits are too done. I'm just going to make more gravy to put on top of what I already have.
This wasn't terrible. I much prefer just regular chicken parmesan though. I probably won't make it again.
It was good. I was bored with it after day one, but it was good. I used shrimp instead of chicken though. I also made this Yum Yum Sauce to go with it because I fell in love with that sauce when I had hibachi while I was in MN.
#18. Turn Pinterest quotes board into a book
I should mention that I also failed one. #6. Monthly girls' night w/Kickass Cousin. Quite frankly I don't know why I made this one when I did. I think I was just so focused on moving home this coming summer that I got excited. We saw each other on Thanksgiving & Christmas but we won't even be in the same state again until June which makes Jan-May pretty impossible.
Another 2 are about half done as well.
OH MY GOODNESS..
