This I Must Confess

**I much prefer this version of Want U Back (unless I'm feeling sassy)**

**If I ask for advice/opinions on something by all means...give it.  But when I just say something & you want to give me your opinons...especially when negative...it makes me want to flip shit**

**When this song rolls around on my Pandora it makes me want to dance like I'm in some ballet/hip hop movie or recital.**

**If I'm in the car & really have to pee all I can ever think is "Lord please don't let me get into an accident because I'll pee my pants for sure" ... as if that would be the worst part & getting into an accident any other time is somehow ok**

**I feel like a complete an utter horrible person for not falling head over heels for Mr. New Guy after an amazing, unforgettable 2nd date.**

**I'm back to debating grad school after my 3rd year of teaching**

**4 years ago, I posted this in my blog.  2 days ago someone on my Facebook posted the song "Good Riddance", tagged me in it, & said this: someone had shared your blog...I got shivers when you talked about this song... It's so true!  Always makes you think about them."  I don't know why I really care if people I actually know, besides Kickass Cousin, about my blog...but I do.  My initial reaction was "make the blog private!" Then I thought, "that would be stupid."  Now I'm just wondering, who shared it, who's seen it, & who is reading more of my blog than just that post.**

**I get exhausted after working, running errands, & cooking/cleaning for myself...I don't know how working parents, especially single working parents do it**

  1. it gets pretty tiring when you have a full day of work and then have to come home and cook and do other house obligations but this is where scheduling comes into play.

  4. Being an adult is hard and I don't even cook! And real life people knowing about my blog is weird so I totally get it. My cousin found me on twitter and I immediately blocked him. Reallll smooth.

  5. I'm weird about people knowing about the blog...but most everyone knows (except for my co-workers). I'm embarrassed though when people bring it up. P's parents follow it but I try not to think about it...though he had the nerve to say to his mom the other day on the phone, well didn't you see the blog post. I was like "OMG P don't ever say that again"! I think that all the time about parents :0

  6. Unsolicited advice is so annoying! Being a parent is exhausting, kids are so active! My son just turned 4 last month and it's like he has turbo speed now.

  7. Every once in awhile someone mentions something about one of my blog posts and I sit there and run through all of the posts I can remember and wonder what else they know about my life now. eeek.

  8. Giving advice just because they think they know"... Ugh! The worst! I hate when an expected person reads my blog and says something... I feel all judged and stuff... Lol

  9. Hey, don't beat yourself up over Mr. New Guy. I do a weird little shake dance in my car when I have to pee and if I'm in the passenger seat...I plug it...no shame in my game, of course I'm never in the car with someone who doesn't already know this about me.

  10. Seriously, the working, errands, cooking/cleaning IS exhausting! Where do all the hours in the day go?

  11. Pretty much everyone I know knows about my blog.

I try to schedule chores for certain days and errands for other days and do a lot of cooking and food prep on the weekend.

  12. Girl you saw my post the other day I have no idea how parents do it! Also I am the same way! I really should just go before I leave the house!

  13. OH MY GOD the peeing and driving thing, I thought I was the only one! I also always worry about getting pulled over in that situation too.

  14. Very few "real" life people know about my blog. I want people to read it b/c they find it interesting, funny, whatever - and I'm worried that others would only read it b/c they're nosey!

  15. I don't know how single parents do it, either! I'm ready to veg out by the end of the day!

  16. Sometimes people that I don't expect mention that they read Teh Blog and I'm like, "YOU DO?!?!" I feel almost like a celebrity and then I remember that I whined a lot and talked about sexy guys and I worked with this person at one point. /facepalm

  17. I agree 100% with you about unwanted advice. If I want advice I'll ask if not then don't tell me how to live my life. I don't want many people I know in my daily life to know that I have a blog either. I wouldn't mind some people reading but I don't want others reading it for the reason I know they will give me advice and tell me what I should be doing. So that goes back to the unsolicited advice. I don't know how parents do it either. I get exhausted picking up after myself much less anyone else.
