It's January 1st which means my month without fast food is over & now it's onto a month without chips or candy. Really?! I love chips & I love candy. Giving up one would be hard enough but to give up both?! I'll just have to keep remembering "WeFest WeFest WeFest". So how did I do on the no fast food you ask?
- Success
- I had a kids meal from McDonalds (in my defense I didn't even decide to start this until the 3rd)
- Success (despite running to McDonalds for other people)
- Success (& I once again ran to McDs for people)
- Success (even when my friend asked if I wanted breakfast from McDs)

- I had Subway but I'm not counting that as fast food because a) it's a lot healthier than what I would consider fast food (ie. McDs, BK, Wendys, TB, etc.) b) I normally get a 6 in. BMT on italian herb & cheese with pickles, tomatos, mayo & pepper jack cheese...to make it healthier I had 6 in chicken breast on 9 grain honey oat with pickles, tomatoes, cucumbers, mayo & pepper jack cheese.

- Big Mac from McDs which I'm about to justify ha. When you land at 9:30 at night & haven't eaten since lunch...there's nothing else open & you're starving what would you do? As for the Big Mac...I figured if I'm gonna cheat go big or go home.
