This is the week I've been waiting for. Not in a good way either. I really need to suck it up & go to the gym. I always tell myself it's too cold or some other lame excuse. Well this week I did 22 minutes of cardio & that is it. As a consequence I gained almost 2.5 pounds this week. I really should get my butt in gear & just go to the gym right now since it won't be busy but I still have homework (yep that's an excuse). I would ditch the homework but it's due at 5 & I haven't started nor do I know how long it will take me. Hopefully not long & then I can still go & shower & what not before class tonight.
