It may only be Thursday but my weekend started at 12:15 this afternoon. My week, as far as school is concerned, doesn't start until 9:30 am on Tuesday either. Yay for 4 day weekends. I haven't had one of those since my first semester freshmen year. So what did my whopping 3 days of class have in store for me?
I started this semester with 6 classes:
- Introduction to Cultural Geography (T/H 9:30-10:45)
- Concepts & Theories in History for Social Studies Teachers (T/H 11-12:15)
- Teaching K-12 Learners with Special Needs (T 6-7:45p)
- Teaching English Language Learners in K-12 (W 5-6:40p)
- Western Civilzation Antiquity to 1500 (Online)
- Critical Reasoning (Online)
By Tuesday night I finished my Critical Reasoning class so that I could return my book for full price and not get a book store gift card. By Wednesday night I dropped my Special Needs class because a different class that I took a couple years ago apparently covers those credits. So one week down & I now only have 4 classes instead of 6.
I have already had 7 readings and an essay due. Plus the 14 quizzes to finish that one online class on Tuesday. By Sunday I have another quiz due & some extra credit. Then there's the 2 readings and a quiz to prepare for by Tuesday. Weekend, I am so ready for you.
