Losing weight & getting healthy are usually a big focus for a lot of people in January. January 1-7 is "Diet Resolution Week" & January 3-10 is "Lose Weight/Feel Great Week."
Those two weeks may be over, but healthy eating should be a year round thing! And eating healthy shouldn't mean starving yourself with liquid diets or eating boring food! Eating healthy should be delicious & filling.
