Listening to nothing at the moment but I just finished Girl, Wash Your Face & downloaded Bedtime Stories of Cynics for part of the drive back to Minnesota with my brother next week & The Good Soldiers for my solo drive back.
Making a list of things to do when my brother comes to visit at the end of the week.

Waiting to find out if I got the classroom I requested for next year
Wanting to be able to see Pickles before I leave for Minnesota
Watching various movies on Prime (13 Hours as I type this)
Wondering if I should take on being the full time assistant for softball, or if I should stick with doing volleyball & softball.

DeleteA neighbor let us borrow her "PetSafe Outdoor Ultrasonic Bark Control Deterrent" (google that) because the neighbors dogs were making me fucking bat shit crazy with their barking. It emits a sonic noise that we can't hear that dogs can. It only emits a sound when something sets it off, like barking or loud noises. When we got home from vacation, I let the dogs out and the barking started immediately. NOPE. I put the birdhouse outside and within 3 more barks, there was silence. #NOTSORRY.
ReplyDeleteI read the questions on the birdhouse. They have an indoor version since the outdoor version isn't recommended indoors. IDK why, but whatever.
DeleteI just got him a shock collar that comes with a remote. That way I can just beep at him or give him a vibrate. He spent the first day just wearing it since I never make him wear a collar anymore & just his harness when we go outside. If this doesn't work, because I also want to get the nipping to stop, I'll definitely look into that indoor birdhouse!
DeleteI'm with you on the "wearing as little as possible"...we've been anywhere from 105-110 for the last two weeks and I just CANNOT DO IT anymore.

ReplyDeleteI liked it for the most part. I had listed to 3 other similar type books on Audible before that, & that one was probably #3 out of the 4 for me. Girl Logic & You Are A Badass were #1 & #2.
