And now on with my weekend.  Linking up with Biana.

Friday
This past Friday was the first Friday since school began back in August that I had nothing to do after work for volleyball.  So I went to happy hour for a little bit with Helen & Caleb.  We went to Guitars & Growlers.  It's a new place that has only been open for about 3 months.  They have a good beer selection, and the prices were good, with a 20% tip I still paid less than $11 for a beer & those nachos.  I was disappointed in the food selection though.  It's not very big & those nachos up there, while good, were advertised as tots...those are not tots.  I can see popping in for a beer or 2 but it's not a place I'd go regularly, & not a place to go if I really wanted to eat.

Right after happy hour I went home to get Nash his medicine & then the two of us just hung out the rest of the night watching Netflix.  My stupid neighbors woke me up around I don't know what time & were loud until about 4:30 am... which was perfect since I had to be up at 5...

Saturday
Saturday morning I was up at 5, took care of Nash, got ready, & headed off to work.  We had our game for the second round of playoffs at 11 am.  The first game was rough.  We lost 6-25.  We then came back to win 26-24, lost 26-24 (but should have won that one but there were more than a few bad calls), & then lost 15-25.  For as much as I have been wanting my free time, it stung.  Especially knowing that we could have & should have won.  There was definitely crying at the end of it.

I had potential plans with 2-3 different people that night but I chose to do none of them.  My friend Katherine was in town for the races & we talked about doing something Saturday night or Sunday morning if she had time.  I requested Sunday morning which she couldn't do so we just did nothing.  I also potentially had a date, which would have been awesome because it involved a pit tour & all that of the races plus suite seats, however I was cutting it really close with volleyball so I told him we'd figure something else out another time.  Raeann also invited me to a free show that night but by the time I did get home I was so physically & emotionally exhausted that I just didn't want to do anything.  So instead I bought a few groceries & then just spent time at home with Nash.

My insane neighbors were up from 1:30-4:30 being loud again.  At 4:30 when I head them go outside I did the real mature thing & stuck my hand out through the blinds & flipped them off.  To which I then heard "well that was uncalled for"  Was it?  Was it uncalled for?  So now I'm back on the contacting the complex & the cops.  This was the first time since I called the cops that they've been loud at all.

Sunday
Sunday was more of the same.  Basically right now if Nash can't see me or isn't right next to me he's crying & whining.  So I finished my grocery shopping in the morning, did the dishes, did some laundry, did some meal prep, & watched a lot of TV.  I watched a lot of Parenthood, which is what I'm currently binge watching, & also watched Free Willy.  I started Zootopia, & actually got most of the way through it but then it froze up & when I got it to work again instead of clicking resume play I accidentally clicked start from beginning so I gave up.  I also napped a lot.  I got no school stuff done like I planned.  Luckily I already had geography planned out, a basic idea for economics, & a lot of grading done.  The guy I was supposed to maybe meet up with on Saturday called me & we talked on the phone for a bit & then set up a date for Wednesday.
