The following contains a string of random thoughts, although probably mostly work & Nash related, that come to my mind at 6 am on a Thursday...
**11 days of staff development is too long. Today is day 10 & I was over it about 5 days ago**
**11 days of staff development is too long. Today is day 10 & I was over it about 5 days ago**
**My personal laptop & my work laptop have offset keyboards & it really messes with me when I try to switch in between the two...#FirstWorldProblems**
**Nash has taught me that I'm not even close to ready for motherhood. This week has been particularly rough**
**He's stinking adorable & I love him to pieces but I'm ready for puppyhood to start coming to an end**
**I still hate my neighbors**
**When Nash WANTS to go outside & I have to pick him up, because he's still too little for the stairs, he does this little hop/jump to help me pick him up that melts my heart**
**I finally found a place to call my own in the school since I don't have my own classroom this year**
**I'm excited & nervous to make my classroom as close to 100% digital as possible**
**My cousin's wedding is 16 days away & I still haven't written my MOH speech**
**I once again have so much going on that I'm pretending I have nothing to do**
**I'm hoping cute boy is out again tomorrow because I'm excited to see him again**
**It has been forever & a day since I got a mani/pedi & I'm getting one this weekend so I'm ready for my cousin's wedding & I'm psyched #INeedPampering**
I'm feeling over developed for you and all those days!
ReplyDeleteI completely understand the keyboard thing. I used a Mac at work for a few years and then came home to a PC. #itshard
I still haven't thought about writing my vows and I'm getting married in 2.5 months.
I get the same way when I have too much to do- it's terrible! What the heck can they possibly talk about in development that would take 11 days?! Yay for finding a place of your own in the school and mani/pedi!
ReplyDeleteIt'll get easier with Nash promise. Dogs are way more high maintenance than cats if you'd believe it. Chanel has a litter box I dont have to walk her, makes like 1000 times easier.
ReplyDeleteIm the same way when I have a whole lot to do.
Hoping for a cute boy sighting to make up for professional development... but if I'm being totally honest... I'm worried 10 days isn't enough for my staff. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe idea of Nash hopping into your arms is so so adorable.
ReplyDeleteOmg you poor thing with that staff development. That is probably my least favorite part of the job. I'm always grateful once school starts and the kids come!!
