Final School Year Confessions

**Today is my last day with my students & as much as I won't miss some, I'm going to miss some so so much**

**On that same note: as much as I'm not going to miss the politics, I'm going to miss my co-workers**

**With that being said, because of the politics 99% of the coworkers I love aren't returning either & by July that could be 100% pending interviews*

**Now that I only have 3 nights left in Texas I'm getting sad.  I'm really going to miss Mr. Midwest & other aspects of my Texas life**

**I have a feeling this will be the last summer that I spend all summer back in MN**
(Little extreme there Peter Pan but I do have my own adult life in TX that I've abandoned all summer every summer since 2012 to go back MN & it's time to start really living my life in TX)

**I started applying for serving jobs the other day for the summer so that either I have current serving experience should I not get a teaching job by August or just so that I can start saving for grad school either in the fall or next spring**

**I have no desire to clean out my classroom.  I just spent x amount of time packing up my apartment & now I have today & tomorrow to do the same thing in my classroom**

**There is no doubt in my mind that at some point today & tomorrow I am going to cry at least once**

    1. Thank you. Today was both a lot easier & a lot harder than I thought it would be. I survived the whole day just fine but barely made it out to my car at the end before I started bawling.
