Back In Texas

I'm back in Texas.
I'm back at work.
I've begun the countdown to summer.
101 work days left.
Oh & it's pay day so that's good!

This weekend was so uneventful that I'm not even going to recap in my normal format.  I literally did nothing.  I ran some errands with my dad on Friday & ran some more with my mom on Saturday.  Other than that I did a whole lot of jack squat.  I sat around their house watching TV, reading, & being sick.  I flew back to Texas yesterday afternoon, got some Chipotle, & then lounged around some more.  Not ready to be back at work...so ready for the routine.

In other news...I saw this on Pinterest the other day.  I'm yet, again attempting the 50 Book Challenge (I've yet to complete it but I'm already half way though my 2nd book!) & this list just happens to have 50 different types of books to read.  I'm hoping that if I have certain types of books to find it'll motivate me more, and make it more fun, than just finding 50 random books.

Here's a link to the pin if you want that.  Otherwise here's the list:

  1. Oh gosh that's such a long list! I love these reading challenges, but I'm so stuck on the books I enjoy reading that they are DEFINITELY a challenge, lol. I'm reading a book originally written in a diff language now and it's a little slow. Lazy weekend sounds good and I love me some Chipotle!

  8. Last year my goodreads challenge was 50 and I only read 48... I think. This looks like fun though so I think I'll join in, if for no other reason than to read different books than my usual.
