A Month Without Midnight Snacks

I knew I would too.  Sunday-Thursday I'm in bed by 9, 9:30 at the latest, & I stay there until I wake up around 5 the next morning.  Even on Fridays & Saturdays I don't eat after dinner usually.
 
This month is a month with out pop (soda) or juice.  I'm already giving up pop for Lent, along with fast food, so this month timed perfectly.  I really don't see this one being a problem either since I only drink water for the most part.  Sometimes I'll also drink tea or coffee in the morning.  Occasionally I'll drink a little alchol on the weekends but I really don't drink like I used to.

    i remember getting thru this one too... pop and soda is where i gave up, GOOOD LUCK!! you WILL do it, i know it!
