I hope everyone's year is off to a great start so far!  Not only is January 1-7 Diet Resolution Week, but I’ll be doing a seven day clean eating challenge January 7-13 known as Clean Week.  Clean Week is seven days of clean eating & daily thirty-minute workouts.
