I failed at the twice.
First was March 25. I went to eat with a couple friends & without thinking I got a GIGANTIC Dr. Pepper. I hadn't had pop since early February either...
Second was March 30. I had a tiny glass of apple juice at breakfast.
I honestly had forgotten about this challenge mostly because I never drink pop or juice anymore so it wasn't something I had to make a conscious effort to do.
April is no red meat...yeah we'll see how that goes. It's probably a good thing since I gained a lot of my weight back while my friend was here but we'll see because my family will be down here April 5-7.
